Christine

Christine is Of Counsel to Baker Vicchiollo Law, formerly the founder of Schmidt Family Law & Mediation, PLLC. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked for several years as a social worker for Ramsey County. Her experience as a family case manager through the county now gives her a unique perspective and understanding of the psychological aspects of various types of family law matters, and the impact on families and children. Her approach emphasizes the importance of communication with a focus on mediation to minimize conflicts between parties. Her litigation skills round out her ability to provide a full scope of services and approaches to tailor services for each client.

While Christine is not currently taking new clients, as the Of Counsel attorney for Baker Vicchiollo Law, she provides valuable consultation and support to the attorneys and staff of the firm and is a mentor in the practice of collaborative divorce.
